What’s your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you do not need to return it—just send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it within 3 business days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes—orders can be cancelled or changed as long as they haven’t shipped. Email us at hello@maresso.us with your order number as soon as possible so we can help.

My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, we’ll first confirm the delivery address. If there was a carrier error, we’ll resend or refund your order. If the address was correct and shows proof of delivery, we’ll help guide you through the next steps.

What if my order is delayed or missing tracking info?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, we’ll either re-ship your order or offer a partial refund. For orders lost or damaged in transit, we’ll re-ship or fully refund within 3 business days once valid proof is provided.
