Shipping policy

At Marésso, we believe your ritual should arrive quickly, safely, and effortlessly. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Shipping Within the U.S.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days via standard shipping.
  • Shipping Cost: Free U.S. shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out and we’ll either resend your order or issue a partial refund.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
  • Damaged/Defective: No need to return. Send a photo to hello@maresso.us and we’ll refund or replace your order.
  • Lost in Transit: If marked delivered but not received, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Returned to Sender: If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we’ll reship it once it’s returned to our fulfillment center.
International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. For international interest, please contact us directly.
