We hope you love every part of your Marésso ritual. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• In the same condition you received it
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Please note: We do not accept returns on opened or used bath products for safety and hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or report an issue, please contact us at hello@maresso.us with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
📦 Note: We do not offer prepaid return labels for remorse returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, you do not need to return it. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly issue a full refund or resend the item — your choice.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:
- If the carrier confirms it was delivered to the wrong address, we’ll issue a full refund or reshipment
- If it was delivered to the correct address, we’ll help you file a claim and provide proof of delivery upon request
If there is no tracking update after 7 business days, we will offer:
- A 50% refund, or
- A free reshipment (your choice)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used bath soaks (unless defective)
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom orders or special promotions
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.
